UPSC TOPPER 2020 SHUBHAM KUMAR BIOGRAPHY

UPSC CSE 2020 Topper : IITN Shubham Kumar, who belongs to Katihar, Bihar, secured the first position in the results of the civil services examination 2020. In UPSC CSE 2019 also Subham Kumar had secured 290 marks.

On September 24, the Union Public Service Commission had released the result of Civil Services Examination 2020. Shubham Kumar of Bihar has set a new record by topping the results released. Shubham Kumar, originally from Katihar in Bihar, will get training in future and will serve in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

Shubham Kumar was born in a middle class family in Katihar, Bihar. His father Devanand Singh is posted as a manager in the local rural bank.

Shubham Kumar passed class X in the year 2012 and also passed class 12 in the year 2014. After this, Shubham studied engineering from IIT Mumbai.

Shubham Kumar, who stood first in UPSC CSE 2020 across the country, has been an alumnus of IIT Bombay. Shubham Kumar is a B.Tech pass out in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay. Shubham Kumar's father Devanand Singh is serving as a manager in the local rural bank.

Topped UPSC in 3rd attempt

This was Shubham's third attempt. UPSC CSE exam failed in the first attempt but Shubham did not give up the preparation after being disappointed by the failure, but by preparing twice with hard work, managed to get 290th rank in the second attempt. Shubham got 1st rank across the country in the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission this year on the strength of hard work while continuing his studies.

2 girls in top 3 in UPSC CSE 2020

Two girls have outperformed in the top three in UPSC CSE 2020. Bihar's Shubham Kumar stood first, while Madhya Pradesh's daughter Jagriti Awasthi and Ankita Jain stood second and third. Jagriti Awasthi, who passed out B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from MNIT Bhopal, also stood first in the women's category.
